We grant rights back to group companies, and where appropriate to third parties, under written licence agreements. The operating company pays a royalty or licence fee.

Filings, renewals, record-keeping and monitoring of who is authorised to use the IP.

Policing infringement and defending your rights, working with outside counsel where needed.
